Frequently asked questions
Can I change my profile allowance?+
Yes. Each paid plan starts at a set number of cloud profiles, and you can pick a higher allowance right on the card. The price updates as you choose, and you can move up or down whenever you need.
How do team members work?+
Team includes two members and Enterprise includes five. Add more at any time for $10 per member per month. Each member signs in with their own login and runs the shared profiles.
How much does annual billing save?+
Annual billing takes 40% off the plan price. The card shows the discounted monthly-equivalent with the standard rate struck through. Extra members stay a flat $10 per month either way.
What is included in the Custom plan?+
Custom is a managed plan. You get a dedicated support engineer, an SLA, hands-on onboarding and done-with-you setup, plus custom profile, concurrency and rate-limit allowances. Book a demo and we will scope it to your team.
Do I need my own proxies?+
Oculr does not sell proxy traffic. Connect your own provider once in the proxy vault: Bright Data, Oxylabs, Decodo, IPRoyal, SOAX, NetNut or any custom provider.
Which platforms does the app run on?+
Oculr runs on macOS with Apple Silicon today. Profiles themselves can present Windows, macOS or Linux identities on any site you visit.
